At Wellio, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day
- During peak periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).
We ship to:
- Residential addresses
- Commercial/business addresses
- PO Boxes (Standard Shipping only)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order at any time by:
- Logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history
- Contacting us at support@wellioskin.com with your order number
Shipping Issues
Package Not Received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors, with neighbors)
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@wellioskin.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement order or issue a full refund at our discretion. We may require a waiting period of 5-7 business days past the estimated delivery date before a package is considered lost.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wellioskin.com
- We will send a free replacement or issue a refund
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong after placing an order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays (weather, high volume, operational issues)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing (for US territory shipments)
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship together in one package or separately depending on inventory and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. All items ship free regardless of how they are packaged.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season (November-December), shipping carriers experience high volumes that may cause delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We will communicate any adjusted processing times or shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels.
