CloudStep insoles combine a semi-rigid arch-support shell, a shock-absorbing heel cushion and a breathable foam top. Together they cradle your arch and spread pressure across the whole foot, so your heel and the plantar fascia take less strain with every step.
Are they comfortable to wear all day?
Yes. They're slim, breathable and built for daily, all-day wear. Most customers tell us they forget they're even wearing them after the first day.
How fast will I feel a difference?

Will they fit my shoes?
Yes. They fit your regular shoe size and trim along the guide lines to fit sneakers, work boots, trainers, dress shoes and most everyday footwear, without crowding your toes. If you're between sizes, size up and trim to fit.

How do I find my size?
Use the size chart on the product page (US, EU and length in cm) and pick the range that matches your shoe size. When you're between sizes, size up and trim down using the guide lines on the back for a perfect fit.
What are they made of?

How do I care for them?
Hand wash with cold water and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. An occasional wash keeps them fresh and supportive.

With normal daily wear, CloudStep insoles keep their support and cushioning for months, not days like flat foam pads. With proper care you can expect comfort and support for well over a year.
